DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Balance payable on arrival. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 28 days of arrival, unless vacancy filled. A booking fee applies to all cancellations.
Minimum booking period applies for school & public holidays and long weekends.
Cottages are available from 2pm ( 3pm Sundays). Must be vacated by 11am – 12pm (excluding January which is 10am check-out).
We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase for that special someone. Packages may be arranged to suit all occasions. Great Christmas Gift idea….

Guests are most welcome to arrange flowers direct with a florist and have them delivered to reception.
